Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-15
The Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-15 (Russian: Микоян и Гуревич МиГ-15; USAF/DoD designation: Type 14; NATO reporting name: Fagot) is a jet fighter aircraft developed by Mikoyan-Gurevich for the Soviet Union. The MiG-15 was one of the first successful jet fighters to incorporate swept wings to achieve high transonic speeds.
Training MiG-15UTI fighter
To prepare the flight crew of combat units , a double training version of the MiG-15 was developed. UTI was built in large series in the USSR, Czechoslovakia and, presumably, in the PRC. The training MiG-15 was used to train the MiG-15, MiG-17 and MiG-19 pilots, was widely exported and survived its basic version for a long time.
